1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Kidz360 website (kidz360.in) and related mobile interfaces, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must discontinue using the platform.

2. Marketplace Role

Kidz360 operates as an online marketplace connecting parents/guardians with verified independent third-party activity providers, coaches, tutors, and sports academies across Delhi-NCR. While Kidz360 conducts thorough audits and identity checks, activity providers remain independent entities directly responsible for conducting individual coaching sessions, ensuring student discipline, and providing emergency medical first-aid on their premises.

3. Free Trial Classes Policy

Parents may request free or subsidized trial sessions for eligible programs marked with the "Free Trial" badge. A trial booking does not obligate the parent to purchase a monthly subscription. Providers agree to honor confirmed trial sessions without charging surprise registration or equipment fees on the trial day.

4. Provider Listing Obligations

Activity providers and academies listed on Kidz360 agree to:

• Provide accurate pricing, coach qualifications, and facility photos.
• Maintain certified student-to-coach ratios not exceeding 1:10.
• Ensure safe, clean, and insured premises with emergency protocol training.
• Promptly confirm or reschedule parent trial requests within 4 hours.

5. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of the use of this website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Gautam Buddha Nagar (Noida), Uttar Pradesh, India.
